Helpdesk

Skanco’s Helpdesk provides controlled management of this support service. Whatever your Service Level Agreement (SLA) your call is tracked and monitored by our team from start to finish. Additional support and escalation to Technical and Operational management ensures appropriate timely action.

Our field and system engineers are highly experienced and qualified within the field of IT and are supported by our main workshop, which has been designed and constructed to the high standards expected of the modern Service Company and provides a speedy turnaround for both critical and standard equipment.

  • Regular service on a 4 hour response for business critical servers*
  • 8 hour response on other devices such as PC’s , printers and monitors*
  • 24/7, 365 days cover that can be tailored made to suit your company’s individual requirements.
